Developing a family-friendly workplace – Ternai Ltd.
The project submitted by Ternai Ltd. (6635 Szegvár, Ipari út 2.) under the “Support for Creating and Developing Family-Friendly Workplaces” programme and registered under ID CSP-CSBM-23-0274 was awarded a non-repayable grant of HUF 2,000,000 by the Ministry of Culture and Innovation.
Our aim is to organise and run family-friendly workplace programmes that help our employees balance work and private life and reconcile their family, personal and work commitments. Under the funding decision of 20 October 2023, our company has also become entitled to bear the title “Family-Friendly Workplace 2023”.

Purpose of and need for the investment
By purchasing modern, second-generation office and IT equipment, TERNAI-PLUSZ Kft. aimed to ensure efficient and accurate office work in a healthy and productive working environment. The investment was justified by the increased administrative workload arising from the company's core activity – growing, tending and harvesting horticultural crops, and handling, packing, transporting and selling the produce. As part of the investment, the company increased its average annual headcount from 6 to 7 employees.
